Reservations & Payment
How does Reserve Now – Pay Later work?
When you place an order, you are reserving your size from our first limited batch. No payment is required at the time of reservation. Once the collection is ready to ship, we will email you a secure payment link to complete your purchase.
Will I be charged when I reserve?
No. Your card will not be charged at checkout. Payment is only collected when your item is ready to ship and you complete the transaction through the link we provide.
Why do you use a reservation model?
LYU produces in small, intentional batches to ensure quality and reduce waste. The reservation model allows us to gauge demand carefully and craft each piece with the attention it deserves. This is not a pre-order—it is a commitment to thoughtful production.
What happens after I reserve?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately. Once the collection is prepared for shipment, we will notify you with a payment link. Upon payment, your order will be dispatched.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Since no payment has been collected, you may cancel your reservation at any time before completing payment. Please contact us with your order number to cancel.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders will ship once the collection is ready and payment has been completed. We will communicate estimated timelines via email. Delivery times vary by region: Singapore typically receives orders within 2–4 business days; international shipments arrive within 7–14 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. LYU ships to select regions across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and the United States. Shipping destinations and rates will be confirmed at the time of payment.

What materials do you use?
LYU garments are crafted from premium, long-staple cotton and heavyweight fleece, selected for durability, texture, and comfort. We prioritize quality that endures—fabrics that improve with time.
How should I care for my LYU garment?
To preserve the integrity of your piece:
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Use mild detergent; avoid bleach
- Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry
- Do not iron directly on embroidery
Detailed care instructions are included on each garment's interior label.
Why is the branding so subtle?
Intentionality is our signature. LYU's tone-on-tone embroidery is designed to be felt, not seen—a quiet mark of quality visible only to those who look closely. We believe true luxury does not demand attention.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
